Bills:
Utility Bills are mailed out on the last day of every month and are due by the 20th of every month. Any bills received after 4:00 pm on the 20th will be considered delinquent and will incur penalties.
If payment is delinquent there is a 10% penalty charge applied to the bill. Once the customer is delinquent they will be considered in a termination status.
If a customer fails to pay and services are discontinued for non-payment a re-connection fee will be applied. Please see the re-connection fees below.

We have partnered with WViPay to bring this service to you. There will be a service fee charged with each transaction online and in person for anyone using their debit card, credit card, and online checking options This fee is 2.2% + $1.00. The Town of Middlebourne does not keep any part of this service fee. WVipay is a separate entity providing this service for our customers.
To prevent being charged a late charge, please be sure to make all online, credit, or debit card payments no later than 11:59pm three (3) days prior to the 20th of the month.
